Doing the Impossible
"Start by doing what is necessary; then do what is possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible."
--St. Francis of Assisi |
|
Most of the incredible things that people do start with small beginnings. If you've ever watched a custom home being built you know it doesn't happen over night. Extreme Home Makeover may be able to pull it off, but for the rest of the world it usually takes 4 to 6 months.
Learning to play an instrument takes hours of learning and repetitive practice. The seemingly impossible occurs when an entire orchestra strikes harmonious notes that converge into Beethoven's Fifth Symphony. It happens when many choose to do what's necessary and possible.
Greatness is achieved when we focus on doing our part.
