True Success
"A true measure of your worth includes all the benefits others have gained from your success."
--Cullenn Hightower |
|
If we are truly successful, others will benefit from our achievements. The spin-off effect of our being blessed will bring blessings to family members, friends and work associates. This will be most obvious in our attitudes, relationships and financial priorities. People who are impatient, insensitive and selfish with their time and money may talk about success, and even strive for it. But true success will elude them until its meaning is broadened to include others.
There is no such thing as a "self-made man," or a "self made woman." It takes a family--a village, for someone to be educated, skilled, nurtured and mentored.
